Is there anyway to make the phone recognize and automatically connect to my Bluetooth car stereo? The phone will sometimes try to connect, but it always forgets the key and I have to re-enter it. Which is rather hard/illegal to do while driving.

what i'm confused about <which is not hard to do lol> is why it would say that, are you trying to restore a back-up or what because if you just installed the rom it should not have any of your email settings stored anywhere, you should have an email folder on your sd card is the only thing that i can think of that would be saved from a prior rom, that's why i never backed email up the only things i backed up were text messages and contacts and then i would manually set-up my email and just re-import all my emails.

well is it your phone loosing the stereos pair or vise versa? once you pair the phone with the stereo it should stay. so are you saying that when you get in the car that it will be paired but when you are driving down the road it will loose the pair?

When I get in the car, it will not automatically connect. If I go in and connect manually and enter the key code, It works for fine for that trip. But every time I get in the truck it may or may not try to connect, and it will always ask for the stereo's key code.

In fact, I flashed, then I configured my email account and recieved my emails. Everything works fine. THEN, I realised I havn't installed the provisionning cab (Telus). So I did it and after that I realised my email account has disappeared. So when I click on the email slider tab, my account isn't there anymore. And when I tried to configure my account again, it said that it already exist. ???

Go to the thread paperclip here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/misc.php?d...hments&t=86489 and look for the WiFionStandby cab or the KeepWiFionWhenIdle cab. Install either one and you should be good.

Does the December 13th 29005 build have the hangup issue where the phone wont hang up even after hitting the hang up hard key multiple times?

In three days, I have not experienced this problem. I like this ROM alot.

There is also a setting in BSB Tweaks in the "Tools" folder of most EnergyROMs.

Downloaded the December 13th 29005 build and flashed after unlocking the TP2, and it gets stuck on the white HTC screen. I went into bootloader and tried flashing again...same thing

Any suggestions?
