Thanks for the feedback fellas. As far as I can tell it is Sense related-Stock ringer fail, turn off Sense, ringer works right away. And since you fellas are rockin' both custom and stock ringers and dont see a pattern, that tells me that it's pure ROM Randomness (like I think Ryan said) and/or something that's beyond my pay grade to try to fix.
So maybe a reflash is in order-(gasp) WHAT! There are new ROM's-ya dont say!

In NOV 9 23504 Standard build... for the first time w/ any of NRG's custom ROMs, when I configure my email account (Comcast) and then try to check it, I get an error message. In the lower left hand corner (where you would see connecting, logging on, looking for changes, then disconnecting,) I am getting an Error Synchronizing and a pop up that says Cannot connect with current connection settings. To change your connection settings, tap Settings. When I tap on that, then on manage existing connections, the Data radio button is checked with #777 as the number. That all looks right to me... Any ideas???

Edit: Just to be clear, I can browse the internet w/ Opera, Facebook app connects, weather updates... it appears to be only my mail.
