Thanks for the feedback fellas. As far as I can tell it is Sense related-Stock ringer fail, turn off Sense, ringer works right away. And since you fellas are rockin' both custom and stock ringers and dont see a pattern, that tells me that it's pure ROM Randomness (like I think Ryan said) and/or something that's beyond my pay grade to try to fix.
So maybe a reflash is in order-(gasp) WHAT! There are new ROM's-ya dont say!
