Verizon's TP has less RAM than the other CDMA Touch Pro's (Sprint, Bell, Telus, Alltel). The only thing you can do to free a bit more memory is to adjust the ROM's page pool before flashing it.

I'm guessing you're using the Verizon TP, which has less memory than those supplied by Sprint, Alltell, etc... Nothing you can do @ it. I'm running a Sprint TP on VZW network for that very reason.

Hey, good to "see" you-thanks for the 411, couldn't understand how it was such an issue. That being said, when I hit Send from SMS/email I usually get the dialer with the contact # pulled up, I need another tap to make the call. If it does happen to call (rare) the hard end key ends it consistently (for me). How does the hard end key work for you? Just curious...

How to enable Mode of operation in the phone settings:

HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting
HiddenModeOperation: Should be set to 0
soft-reset

This will give you the option for 1x or evdo

I cant call from people tab.. or if im on people tab and got to all people (left soft key) i cant call out from any contact, I thought it was because having tachi dialer dissabled but i changed it back with no luck

having same issue as post above (shaolinsoldier79) I can't make calls from text messages or save them to contacts. I thought it was the tachi dialer disabler but I reinstalled tachi dialer and still it wont work? anyone have a solution yet?
