What dialer do you use? This only happens to me sometimes (once out of 25 calls) using the Tachi dialer. Never had it happen using the winmo default dialer. I have not found an answer to the problem.

I tried the standard build and the one with the Tachi dialer. Both do it consistently enough to be irritating.

so i read what u wrote here and am hoping for the best, i was a bit skepticle at first...re-flashed to this rom last night after doing some testing for dcd...anyway i had a full charge 100% when i took my phone off the charger today at 12:15. by the time i got dressed and in my car the battery was at 85%...a few hours later and a couple opera sessions, a pm, and 3 calls it was rapidly dropping but i decided to leave it off my car charger for now to see if it will stabilize somewhere...it sat at 40% for a while. then i installed something that needed a soft reset so i let it reset while i hopped out of the car to check on a clients office, got back in the car and checked my phone...14% battery left, yikes. as im typing this right now i feel like my phone might die from dead battery, lol. how low should i go before reconnecting to charger, oh fyi its 3:30pm so almost a complete drain in 3 and 1/2 hours...havent used gps or played any videos/music. i honestly think this last replacement tp i got is cursed, good thing another should be getting delivered today to my home

Re: |HERM|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Mercury' (21921) ** || Built July 14th ||

UGH... Sometimes I believe we forget these are 'phones'. Hasn't anyone figured out why the ringtones are only at 1/2 volume, except just as they stop ringing? I've seen this happen in two different custom ROMS using the 21921 base.

Don't get me wrong. I love all the toys and features, but it's still a phone that I need to hear when it rings. It was sitting 10 feet from me at dinner and I didn't hear it. The wife did thankfully. The volume is all the way up and every registry tweak I could find has been applied, but it makes no difference at all. If I didn't use a bluetooth most of the time, I'd never hear it ring.

Any hints? Suggestions? Or should we just wait for another build?
