Change your Today theme to something else (for example Rock and Republic), save and apply, then go back and change your theme back to energyrom.

It happened to me as well once I started to load some cabs (I don't remember the order or when it occured, now). I tried a soft and hard reset to no avail. I then reloaded the ROM and everything returned to normal as well as after loading my cabs.

hey that worked!!! thanks, now i dont have to hard reset before work

i also installed no2chem keyboard light software, i think thats what broke it since 3 other people mentioned it when they saw my screenshot

I am not sure why I never thought of just changing the theme before! But that makes sense... since the No2Chem software used to change the start menu back ground after install on earlier builds as well. I thanked the guy who suggested the fix! Good catch!
