You will need to install the sprint carrier cab floating around in the forums. Then go to Start>Settings>System>scroll down to the bottom and update profile & prl should be listed. Also, here is NRG's Tpro thread in case you need it: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=69545 good luck.

You don't need to reflash. It's a carrier cab that you need to install to device memory. no reflashing required. Just needs to be the carrier cab for your specific carrier.
