Soft reset
Reinstalled all the weather programs
Soft reset
Then instead of trying to setup the weather from the home page, i went into the start screen. At the bottom there is a folder named "Utilities". In there a Weather icon. I setup Titanium Weather in there.
Soft Reset again
Opened Titanium
Voila
I'm sure some of those steps were unnecessary but it worked. Hope it does for you.

so, as soon as i unplug my phone from a full charge it will come off the charger saying 100% but within ten-thirty seconds it will end up at 92% or so. then also sometimes when i am using it the phone will read say 40% and then skip to 11% like in a second... is anyone else having this issue? i've tried hard reset and any other roms and the only time i have a problem is with the new release. is there a fix?

after multiple flashes, the battery meter can get messed up a little. the 100% to 92% thing happens in virtually every rom I have tried so it's nothing to do with the rom. My suggestion would be to drain the battery down till it's under 5% then soft reset, and charge it while powered to 100%. You should get more consistent battery levels after doing this. hope this helps.

I thought rA was common on the Alltel network to display instead of ev?

Thank you rileyd5 for your diligence!
Fortunatly I dont have much need for the record app, more of a novelty then anything for me. I do know I was using Juicy8 prior to this rom and if I remeber correctly it worked in that rom.

This is still the best ROM out there p.e.r.i.o.d.

P.S. I recently discovered that send/receive all app, freaking sweet! I have 4 email accounts (1 exchange) and now sync when I want to see them using that. Great battery saver!

How is every one's battery life with this ROM? I recently got data/internet on my phone and now the battery dies within half a day.

If you are getting a day or more than a day from this ROM, is there any tips/tricks in particular your doing?

Usually a 30 minute phone call knocks the battery down to 60% fro 100%

hey guys, whatthefunk a few days ago posted a battery tweak that is not in NRG's rom currently. go to post 4 on the first page/tweak #4 to check it out. it essentially extends the period that the phone polls for battery levels, that is the time between polling itself. what that means is the battery is polling less thereby less usage of the battery, make sense to me. this should extend battery especially when idle. I think it's worth trying and many roms have this already cooked in. Also, be sure to turn of beam in Start>Settings>Connections>Beam.

edit: by the way kbw. this battery tweak was originally posted by Juicy!
