try this one. this should work.

edit: may I ask why you need to install the carrier cab. It should run fine without, data and calls all work. I usually only need to update profile if data doesn't work but it rarely occurs. also the update prl can be done before flashing this rom. I usually flash shipped, then update prl (update profile if you wish), then flash NRG. done.

Yea it was working but i got my number changed and when i call sprint Im sure they are going to say somthing like. "i did somthing on my end now you gotta blah blah blah then press the update prl or profile(one of them) button. so i just wanna be prepared, before n another case i wasn't.

Love this ROM! One problem is that my signal is weak. I know that the ROM shouldn't affect it, only the radio, but the signal has gone way down since I change from Mystery to EnergyROM. I'm on Sprint and using 1.11.00F. Any ideas on a combo that would work better?

I also have a Sprint TD I came to the same conclusion once I changed to this ROM my signal was kind of weak so I change to the new Alltel 1.12.20 radio here's the link:

the signal bar is irrelevant to the actual performance of the radio. I learned this from a couple experts here on the forum. I always wondered the same thing, flash one rom and would 4 bars, flash another and have 2, change radios and up to 3. The best way to see your true signal strength is through fieldtest.exe in the windows folder of device memory. Use total commander to go to find fieldtest.exe This will give your real results so you can compare them to other roms/radios etc. Or you can view this thread thanks to ajm144k. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=71409 also thanks u217946 for posting the thread!
He did the comparisions through fieldtest and posted the results. In the end. most of the radios performed fairly even but as always there are many factors to the performance like location. Also some roms have 4 signal bar meters instead of 7 bar so that plays into what you see displayed on the screen. Here a snapshot from fieldtest.

Anyone having GPS problems with this ROM? GPS used to work fine (with Google Maps) in the earlier versions of this ROM, but I've been having problems since I flashed the latest - Aug 11th - ROM... I'd appreciate it if anyone has a fix for this.

My GPS is connecting like lightning, so i would recommend a flash to shipped then back to energy. That usually helps when i have connectivity woes. Other than that, i'm not sure what to tell you. Maybe its a radio issue.

I found that the Telus Radio 1.04.05V screwed things up. Im using 1.12.34F which is the newest sprint i think. Although the GPS was working fine with the telus radio. Maybe upgrade the radio or reflash it.
