The cab is available at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=481379
since the Accuweather subscription expired recently you will have to get the TitaniumWeather.mscr file from http://forum.xda-developers.com/atta...7&d=1244886497 and copy it to teh "program files\titaniumweather" on your diamond. Say yes to the request for permission to overwrite the existing file.

Enjoy

Re: |VICT|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Mercury' (21921) ** || Built July 14th ||

New to the Diamond... just got it on Tuesday - loving it compared to the Vogue I had before.. Anyhow - this is the first custom ROM I've tried out and I think its pretty slick! Thanks!

My questions are:

1. Do I need to run a carrier cab (I'm with Bell Mobility in Canada [cdma]) - even though everything seems to be working just fine? I did notice in the Roaming options there was a setting for "Sprint Only"... Would this be the same as "Home Only"?

2. The first go (flash) at it I installed the few apps I use (TomTom, Resco File Explorer, SPB Online) to the device's Storage Memory - not the internal storage. I guess with file caching / temp files / etc my device became critically low on storage memory and I ended up with a white screen and had to hard reset. Is there a way to make use of the program memory? (this may not be ROM specific) I then installed everything the next time to internal storage and so far so good...

3. Is your ROM tether safe? I've seen replies with the reg keys needed to do so but no direct answer?

Again thanks for all the work you've done - greatly appreaciated!!!

Question, I have used several ROMS on this site but this one seems to have some weird issues (yes I flashed to sprint stock first). Syncing music takes forever and several songs error out, also seems to hang on things and behave odd at times. Its a wonderful looking rom and I hope these items can be resolved.

Re: |VICT|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Mercury' (21921) ** || Built July 14th ||

I was waiting for the Jul14th Rom to become available as a first timer to EnergyROM, but I decided to try the Jul9th Rom while I wait.

I have to say, this is by far the best looking and esthetically pleasing ROM I've ever used.

So far it's smooth as well. Make for a very pleasing experience. I'll report back any bugs I find.

The SIP is what usually keeps me with Indagroove, his Custom SIP has no bugs and Compact Qwerty. It works flawlessly. Looks like this one is using Ez 2.0 or maybe 2.1?

I have tried many times on many ROMS to install a Compact Qwerty that works. It always ends up in failure. Usually resulting in the need for a hard reset.

I may start a new thread in the Diamond forum cause the SIP issue has been a problem forever!

Anyway, great ROM Energy, you've done some awesome work here.

After another long search, I did find this for a Compact Qwerty..

http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...81&postcount=5

So far, this is working for me.

Other thing I noticed, despite the "Press and Hold "X" to close Applications" being selected, it seems like everything is closing when I press "X". I prefer to leave things up and running for quicker multitasking. I might be mistaken, I'll keep going.

So far everything is going great. Can't wait for the next version! (Maybe include a Compact Qwerty option?)

Thanks!

Arcsoft MMS doesn't seem to be working. And I can't uninstall or install my Sprint Arcsoft MMS over the top. (Says I don't have permissions after the install).

Any guidance?

I posted a link to cabs earlier in the thread that allows you to remove the built in MMS and install the arcsoft one.
