You don't want to sound like you are just trying to upgrade using insurance, as thats not what its for.... so even if you *are* upgrading using your insurance, try not to be too obvious

great idea/thought, thank you. but 1 last question, if i ask what can i get that has a sd card slot, do you think they would suggest a mogul or anything like that (basicly downgrade me?) what should i reply to that? if thats the case.
i know this is a lot of questions for sumthing that maybe so simple, but i just want to cover the possibility. and i sure dont want to be unhappy w/ getting something i dont want an stil have 2 fork over 100 bones

gotta refurb Diamond. Lady left her touch.. on top of the car. first refurb. totally screwed probably thanks to somebody on this board... Which I felt was funny. Anyways they sent her a new diamond.. dang that thing gets hot. and not much choice on battery too big or 10 percent bigger or huge 3000 maH. I was waiting for the touch pro 2 but now that I know it won't have a flash that may be a deal breaker. and the ui on the diamond sheesh I gotta relearn all the tricks.

and they dont' know crap at the tech support in person or on the phone.. I just read here.

Are they still doing this? The online claim said I'd be getting a 6900 is there a final confirm page that has a summary? Not sure what the second to last page is.

I think now asurion have enough 6900'z (from all the claims) to replace the claims. I believe it was first come first serve basis on the diamondz.

p.s. my 32gb Touch is still running flawless, thanks to NFSFAN's V8 6.5 Titanium + TFLO2D rom.
