at what point does it tell you what phone you will be getting from them?

Before or after you put in your Credit card info?

So I ran over the Touch with my rocking chair...half the screen gone.

Went to Sprint store, they wanted $120 to replace the screen.

Called Asurion, 2 days, Touch Diamond, $50 billed to acct.

Thinkin' of keeping the Dimaond and playing with it. Or I might ebay it and buy another Touch.

I think they told me right before that step. I know that once you pay you cannot reverse the process so I think it is before you enter the info.

Good Looks dood, but that woulda been nice 12 hours ago..and to find someone to install or figure it out on my own, well maybe wouldn't have been the most fun for another $25.

don't mean to look a horses gift in the mouth...but I'm saying though...

ok so i made up a story and call them i asked them about this switch its not true in some cases for the xv6900 its not. they are still offering the xv6900 as replacement aka vzw not good for this swap. anyone have a differnt experence?

Its been stated numerous times in this thread that VZW is still replacing the XV6900 with the XV6900. I believe people have only been successful on Sprint and Alltel.
