Yip, I'd love to have a telecom specific guide to flash my Okta Touch from scratch, including all the download links. There is so much info out there and various problems people have encountered, but a step-by-step trouble-free guide would solve a lot off peoples problems. Looking forward to seeing something soon.

I'd love that too as my okta is stuck on sprint settings after I let customizations run and i cant even use the phone or txt until i get it back to telecom ROM.

its not because of the sprint customizations its because the radio was upgraded and you need to ring telecom and ask to do a esn swap (youll need a spare phone) and youll be up and running in 5 mins

I don't think GPS is enabled either... at least I have not been able to get it working yet.

got it going fine. i had to re-tick the enable option under phone settings -> location
