i just called asurion to see status of my order. they say my order was made but never placed even though i gave my cc info yesterday. so this time they did it again and charged it to my sprint account! my eyes were lighting up when they did that for me! I then hung up with them and called sprint to get my $100 back. Read below to get your $100 back:

for all you that had this charged to your sprint bill...this is what you do to get the $100 taken off. you call sprint. tell them their must be some mistake. you gave asurion your credit card info and they charged your card $100. they also charged your account $100. so you were double billed. please remove this $100 on my account. thank you.

So its not enough you got it for $100 now youre just bein greedy lol... and what if they ask for proof?

they won't ask for proof..i will call again tomorrow with the same story, maybe i can make $100 on this deal!

before you guys go and call you may want to wait for the $100 to actually hit your bill..it did not even hit my bill yet but they did it for me, but i had to say it was coming to the bill...if it is already on the bill, will be much easier to do I think.

did any of you make a new claim this week and say you called over the weekend or you all had pre-existing claims... and did you say it was lost? if so when do they block your esn once its replaced or immediately?

that is what i did..said i called over weekend...they offered me a tp2, now calling back to seal the deal..i said mine was damaged..i am keeping it though and will wait for the smoke to clear and then ebay it once all said and done.

how and why are you going to keep it. arent they gonna charge you.
