i said i was suppose to pay a $50 deductible. but since my phone was not in stock, they had to put me in another phone that required a $100 deductible. they gave me a $20 credit and 150 extra mins (big deal). i will get the rest of the money in the next few days. if it were on my bill, i think it would be much easier to argue.

I finished the call with asurion around 11:00 am, and the e-mail came in at 3:18. I know asurion has normal business hours, so they probably did a fred flinstone and ran out right when the bell went off. You'll probably get it in the morning. They probably pulled the order already, its just a matter of if they got it out in time for the next day shipping cut off. I was antsy too, luckily I was workin all day to distract me.

i ordered mine 1:00pm pst.just got my confirmation bout 30mins ago.

i never got an email. and ive had my tp2 since this afternoon. i just went to phoneclaim.com to get a tracking number. it told me to wait 24 hours the first few times, but was working within 5 hrs of my claim.

Wow, asurion sent me an HTC Touch Pro3(aka Leo, aka Adonis)! It came in an unmarked box. Now I have a snapdragon phone!
