i said i was suppose to pay a $50 deductible. but since my phone was not in stock, they had to put me in another phone that required a $100 deductible. they gave me a $20 credit and 150 extra mins (big deal). i will get the rest of the money in the next few days. if it were on my bill, i think it would be much easier to argue.
