yes. i called at promptly 8am. i spoke with a very sweet lady. and i already had a tp 1 enroute to me.. i just used some other dudes story. i told them i called over the weekend and that the previous tech gave me some options and that i made my decision on the tp2. she said sure no problem its available. i gave her a good survey. and they are charging it to my bill. which dosent bother me because i will work something out with sprint to get that comped.

o and yes they have tp 1's in stock. just tell em you dont want it because you have heard about all the issues the phone has been giving.
