track your claim...i did mine this morning again, i have a fedex tracking number already..have not received an email as of yet.

I tried to get my TP replaced this morning and they advised me that they had the TP in stock and would be sending me the same. Mine has a crack in the casing (my fault) and I was gonna try to get the TP2 but no dice. Ill check back next week.

Thats why I jumped on it quick because this type of thing never lasts long. It's gonna take them forever to run out of TP1's now lol

call back again right now. ask for a supervisor..say you have been on this call for almost 1 hour now, transfered to 4 other people, supervisor is number 5...tell the supervisor the weekend story..tell her how you have had 2 tp1 up til now, and nothing but problems..you now want what you were offered on saturday.

done!

Funny thing is i have had 2 tp1's .. Within a week from the glitches!! Grr!! .. We shall see

Not yet and that has me worried. so I guess I'll just be patient, unlike some of the people on here chasing the FedEx truck down the street! LOL!!!!
