call back again right now. ask for a supervisor..say you have been on this call for almost 1 hour now, transfered to 4 other people, supervisor is number 5...tell the supervisor the weekend story..tell her how you have had 2 tp1 up til now, and nothing but problems..you now want what you were offered on saturday.
