Asurion replacing TP with TP2 - Page 123

I tried Asurion last night and they offered me another Touch Pro. So, I call Sprint and they offered me $120.00 off my bill spreaded out over a 12 month period but, they want me to buy the phone. I will keep trying Asurion to see what happens. Good luck everybody!

Confirmed TP2 as of 4:00am MST Friday.

This after a repair center 2 days ago, with a new replacement on two phones, already flaking out. Overheating, etc.

Confirmed! As of 9:20 am New Touch Pro 2! I told them I have screen damage so, I have to send Touch Pro back. I don't care I have a New Touch Pro 2! Mightyrom Here I come!!!!!

I have 1 coming. My screen is damaged and the phone has been randomly rebooting. Sprint repair won't even look at the reboot problem because of the screen damage.

QUESTION RE: Returning old phone:

My battery died a few months ago and I bought the extended life Seidio battery to replace it. Would Asurion mind if I just send the phone back with no battery or do I need to give them my expensive aftermarket battery?
