Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
Asurion will send you a text and a letter in the mail about the device. I was out of town and didnt send the phones back within the 15 day period. and they billed my account for two phones i had replaced at the same time 213.00. And once they got them they reversed the charges, but I had to wait. It took up to 2 billing cycles but Asurion did credit me back.

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
I'm a little confused.. I have the TEP on my TP (upgraded to a Pre, but recently swapped back to my TP.)... Should I be calling Asurion, or Sprint? and if it costs $100 to replace a phone, geesh... Lol, sorry haven't caught up with the latest rumblings.

Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
I really didn't like my Pre, so I swapped back to my TP... It has a crack and the screen is raising a bit on the bottom corner.
I called Asurion and They want a signed form and DL... Is that a normal thing?? If it is this much trouble, I'm just switching back to my Pre. |
