ok, let me clarify, this it for 2 lines with 2 tps (i started with moguls, then got tps) and got 2 BNIB TP2s

well heads up yall who aint get your TP2s yet, i suggest yall try n get them real soon cause I dont think they will continue to do this much longer. I mean less and less people a day are getting them. Just call and complain and pretty much demand a TP2, even if u dont succeed at least you tried.

yes quickly! I mean they been giving out TPs since like Oct 20th. 9 days short from a month.

So what do you guys think the most effective method is (btw, i did read downtick's post too)? I've got a fresh slate to call asurion, never made a call or claim with them before. Thanks

regarding my 2 TP2 BNIB, It seems to be overheating is a trigger (both i had were overheating for that matter). Never ask for TP2 (if you ask they will know what you are upto) but ask "what my options are", complain about TP.
