that's the thing, i think even though it says a tp online, right now asurion doesn't have any sprint ones. this was yesterday.

Yeah last night I called Asurion around 7-9pm and I was put on the phone with a Supervisor (idk why) and he checked the system and told me that the TP is on back order and offered me the usual phones including the TP2 no $100 fee.

I got my TP2 via fedex today.

I just called and talked to a hella cool rep and he asked his supervisor...they told me they would send me a tp1.I said forget it.

how many tp's have you had? i'm hearing 3 and you get another model. i think there's a thread about it...

This was confirmed to me by a rep at Asurion yesterday. She said that even though it may say TP online, it doesn't mean that they have them. Their system is set up that way because "technically", they can only send you what you have. But when you call it may be totally different.
