I just checked my tracking number and the item i'm getting weighs .90 pounds so it seems like another refurbished touch pro 1. I was at least hoping for a NIB.

just an fyi, the tp2 is in a smaller box than the tp.

Just got my TP2. The box is a bit smaller and weighs a bit less the the TP.

I went to the store to replace my touch pro they ordered another Touch Pro but am looking at the tracking info and it says it weights .40lbs! Am going today to the store and check, hopefully is a TP2!

If you set it up online through Asurion it tells you what phone you'll be getting as a replacement. It seems to me that doing it in person or over the phone would be the same way. How are people being surprised by what they get? Seems odd to me...

not really odd, someone posted that asurion is out of sprint tp's so they are giving tp2s as replacements. it won't last long, so don't wait!
