Asurion replacing TP with TP2 - Page 101

O.o am I missing something? What number? I went through asurion because they sent me a replacement that had probs they didnt even charge me for the replacement TP2 i guess because I haven't had my replacement for 30 days yet.

I just got off the phone with Asurion and they told me that the TP is on back order and they offered me a tp2 its going to be here tomorrow. Idk how long the TP will be on back order but HURRY!

I just called the 800 number (800-584-3666) and I was sent to an asurion rep and the rep asked me about my prob and sent me straight to a supervisor. When I got to the supervisor he asked me a couple of questions about the problems ive been having and then told me he would make sure to send a brand new TP. He put me on hold for about 5 mins and then came back and told me the TP is on back order. He offered me the Treo Pro, Htc Snap, Blackberry Tour, and Blackberry Curve and then told me if I feel none of those devices are comparable he could offer me the TP2. So I told him TP2 of course and it will be here tomorrow.

That's weird.. I just called asurion and they told me that my touch pro would be replaced with another touch pro. They didn't mention that it was out of stock. I just declined.

That is weird, the guy told me it's on back order.

just called asurion and they told me to basically go **** my mother if i wanna replace my touch pro with anything other than another touch pro.

Yea, I tried but they told me that the touch pro was in stock. I ended up going to advance exchange and they are crediting my sprint account for the $100 deductible. I should have another touch pro 1 by wednesday. Hopefully it is new and not refurbished.
