well supposedly i will be recieving my brand new touch pro 2 tomorrow.guess we'll see.i followed downtick's advice and it seems to have worked perfectly.they also said that it would not affect my $150 upgrade available dec. 1st.i guess if all of this works it was a great day.esspecially since i have honestly had 6-7 touch pro's in one year.the last 2 nib and neither keyboard lasted 2 weeks

so i got a tp1 for a tp1. now i guess ill be calling in and complaining.... any suggestions on what i should say when i call, any magic words? any common complains. please respond quickly guys!
