This is no lie. I can confirm that I , um, broke my screen this afternoon. Then I called in, and did not even have to argue, my TP2 will be here Tues. Now I just need to find my hammer.

Maybe someone can help answer hear... Supposed to have a TP2 coming, local mgr having it shipped to store. gave me a "warehouse order #" but don't know how to confirm that it's actually being shipped w/my name on it... the number she gave doesn't conform to the online lookup format. Anyway to match the number I have to an order?

this thread is now becoming redundant..uve offered ur help many times and in fact its what helped me get my device, if people would just read they will see so thanks for that, BUT going foward i think we should slowly let this die out.

Looks like this may be winding down over at Asurion. I dropped my phone in a cup of coffee yesterday (don't ask.) I found this thread today so I headed to phoneclaim.com.The website said BB8330 as a replacement so I called in. I played dumb, said I thought maybe they had the wrong phone in their records since the website said BB8330 and I had a Touch Pro. She did some typing on her end and said that she would be able to replace my phone with a TP, not a BB. I asked if it was the same phone that I had, she said yes. I asked if it was a new or refurbished phone, she said she couldn't tell but all their phones have a "12 month warranty" regardless of being new or refurbished. (We all know it's refurbished.) I told her I'd check with Sprint to see if my contract was up first.

Perhaps they HAVE gotten some TPs in stock? (I'm in WA if it matters)

I think I want a Hero anyway...

My package left at 11:54 P.M. last night. I know its in Michigan somewhere =/
