Within 2hrs of my call I received a $50 credit. I called back and they said thats as much as the rep is auth. to give me.. the rest comes from the supervisor, within 48-72hrs. Last night I received an e-mail that the remaining $100 has been credited to my account. I did not even have to wait for my next bill...... Way to go Sprint.

I just called telesales, and the price of the phone, before anything was 449.99, so it looks as if the pricedrop is active today.

Pretty sure that's after 2-year discount, not retail. Which still equals 599.99.

I told you yesterday my cousin works there and i called him and he said it is only for buisness.

Called in less than an hour ago and asked Care politely if they were price matching the HTC Touch Pro2. She replied yes then applied my credit happily. Easy as pie. $199 non sheep Phone FTW!
