Within 2hrs of my call I received a $50 credit. I called back and they said thats as much as the rep is auth. to give me.. the rest comes from the supervisor, within 48-72hrs. Last night I received an e-mail that the remaining $100 has been credited to my account. I did not even have to wait for my next bill...... Way to go Sprint.
