Re: Official TOTAL price you paid for Pro2

i got my diamond 10/10/08 from a retail store(it was going to be their display model)i got the corp manager to sell me it because my old phone was in like 8 pieces.i was not up for discount for 2 months. well he sold it to me for discount pricing waived the rebate. then he took $100 off for my troubles. so i paid $167 total tax and activation.

well today i loged on to my sprint.com and it said that i was a premere costumer and i qualify for adtional discounts(7yrs) it gave me the 2yr $150 discount plus the $75 for my 1yr discount. so i called in and was able to talk the person(easy actually)in to giving it to me for $124 shiped and waived the rebate.

Give a exact price plus tax. So we can gather proper data.

$470.24 paid, and the account credited $100 for extending it with the extension showing up in this current cycle.

Re: Official TOTAL price you paid for Pro2

I am trying to return my EVP purchase for $350 to take advantage of my Company price of $169.00 out the door. I am working on getting my $150 upgrade credit reinstated to initiate the order. I love my phone and dont want to spend a minute away from it, but to save $200 and the hassle of a scam .....ah.. I mean mail in rebate, I will return it for another. I am a little fearful that I might receive an inferior phone (luck of the draw) as the one I currently have is rock solid and have absolutely none of the defects I've seen some complain about.

Re: Official TOTAL price you paid for Pro2

For anybody expecting help from sprint the best way is to use the contact us button on there website. The person who calls you back the next day will be more then helpful. Calling them up and asking for a supervisor may have worked for some but not many, many of the people who used that button may not have gotten my deal but many made references to verizon and have had $100 -$150 creditted to the bill. It is not a gurantee but it is the best way to get the most help if you have a good story! Hope this helps. SPRINT IS EXTREMELY GOOD AT CALLING BACK WITHIN 24HRS

Usually if I need something taken cared of (like the fraud with Asurion) I just ask to get connected to retentions. But I will try your method.
