I paid ZERO! after going through 4 TP's they simply said this time they were going to give me a TP2.

TP-1 = dropping calls.
TP-2 = broken keyboard ribbon.
TP-3 = caused batteries to overheat and phone to shut down.
TP-4 = both broken keyboard AND overheating.

TP2 = perfect so far, what the TP should have been.
