I think there is a lot of tall tales being told on here just for the sake of creating envy . I called sprint like 6 different times on 3 different days and got the same response there is no flexibility on this phone right now , even called their bluff and asked to be sent to retentions cuz i wz going to verizon (whom i work for by the way) and they didn't even blink i even escalated to a retentions supervisor and we spent about 30 min conversing about the situation, and I am a premier cus of 11 yrs , they usually jump through hoops for me but nothing!! and they didnt even go for my charm..lol geesh i want that phone but 449 is not the magic number

249.99 plus tax...after discovering verizon was cheaper i called in and asked if sprint could do something about it...got an instant savings of 100.00 plus what i will get back from mir.

I paid $0. My original TP1s screen died. I got a refurb and within 5 days that ones screen died again. I called retentions and managed to get an upgrade to the TP2 for $100. I told the Manager at retentions that Sprint did not honor my mail in rebate for my original TP. She looked it up and saw the mistake and instantly gave me the $100 rebate whitch brought me down to $0. Its supposed to arive tomorrow via UPS. I just have to ensure I send them back my broken one so they credit my account.

I'm watching Ebay. NIB TP2 is about $500. Within a month it will be down to $300 as the market starts to flood with the phones. I'll buy one when it's down to $250, probably 2 months.

if i so much have a pixal,sound, dropped call sprint is sending me another phone i had no upgrade untill january of 2010 and i ordered offline for 599.98 plus tax and shipping so yeah DEFF sending it back if ANYTHING i didnt cause happens to it
