$50 Sprint

I was on my 3rd defective TP1. I contacted customer service via email. I corresponded with about 3 different customer reps. I wasn't getting anywhere at first until I told the last rep. I wanted to escalate the issue. Someone then called me, I missed the call. I called them back got a very nice customer rep and she told me I could trade in the defective TP1 for a TP2 and pay $50. And by the way I am on a SERO plan.

I dont think the price will come down for atleast 2 year. Look at TP1, its still 299.

Does sprint keep track of the ecare emails I have sent. I dont want to keep sending them email asking for discount when they can see that Ive sent them couple emails already about the discount. What about if call them, do they keep track of why I called? Would the reps be able to see that I called about pricing?
