I was on my 3rd defective TP1. I contacted customer service via email. I corresponded with about 3 different customer reps. I wasn't getting anywhere at first until I told the last rep. I wanted to escalate the issue. Someone then called me, I missed the call. I called them back got a very nice customer rep and she told me I could trade in the defective TP1 for a TP2 and pay $50. And by the way I am on a SERO plan.
