I think there is a lot of tall tales being told on here just for the sake of creating envy . I called sprint like 6 different times on 3 different days and got the same response there is no flexibility on this phone right now , even called their bluff and asked to be sent to retentions cuz i wz going to verizon (whom i work for by the way) and they didn't even blink i even escalated to a retentions supervisor and we spent about 30 min conversing about the situation, and I am a premier cus of 11 yrs , they usually jump through hoops for me but nothing!! and they didnt even go for my charm..lol geesh i want that phone but 449 is not the magic number
