My Sprint signal steps on this all day and has reception where it shouldn't be possible (like inside theme park attractions lol)... Anyway i'm messing with ya and no ill will.
I understand that AT&T has coverage issues in NYC. I'm not in NYC and have great AT&T coverage everywhere I go. No dropped calls for me when I had AT&T. And I got great service in my basement, and also in the office tower I work in (Sprint has trouble at both places right now).

It's all good man, I know there's no ill will.

It's because most of the users here (myself included) are on CDMA carriers, and the HD2 is a GSM device.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

Solarfarex never said Tmobile plans are cheaper across the board, I believe he was saying that if he didn't have nights at 7 PM (mine are at 6 PM free of charge) and mobile to mobile (any network) then he would have to step up to the $139.00 dollar package on T-mobile. T-mobile nights start at 9 PM and T-mobile doesn't have mobile to mobile (any network). You can't look at the plan alone, you have to read the details. I think everyone on here thinks their carrier is the best for them, or why would you be with that carrier... Heck I bet most of us also have some type of discount. I love Sprint, never had an issue with calls, data, or customer service, if I did I would leave them.

And you can't compare Google Navigation to Sprint Navigation but i agree Sprint TV needs an upgrade.

The funny thing is that simple fact means nothing. The Diamond, Touch Pro, and Touch Pro 2 were all GSM devices before coming to the states as well, and yet we saw CDMA versions here in the states prior to GSM versions for most of them.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

I think it was more about which Carrier it was going to first and whether anyone was willing to leave theirs to get one on T-Mobile. I won't leave Big Red but I will buy one if Big Red gets it.

Re: Who plans to go HD2?

Now back to our show, I spent hours in a Sprint store with the TP2, Hero, and Samsung Moment. The Hero got dropped from the bunch quickly due to lack of a keyboard, i can't survive without!! But now i'm biased, not only do i want a keyboard but it has to be as nice as the TP2. I hope to see a TP3 in the future.

Yeah but T-Mobile is already confirmed to be launching the HD2. No CDMA carrier has even hinted they'll be getting it...
