Re: Unable to update to 2.2, unable to update profile

There is nothing under that menu that says anything about clearing data.

Re: OK new question

That method won't work with unrevoked root. It isn't a true root thus does not install a custom recovery. You either have to update to unrevoked3 OR do a true root with one of the guides. Since you installed the official OTA, currently there is no way to get root on Stock 2.2. I think you're SOL for the time being :-\

Re: factory Rom or root 2.2

Let me get this straight, restoring your backup image will get you back to original stock 2.1? That's of course if that's what you originally saved.

Orientation Problem with the Camera(s) on Froyo.

Is anyone having weird orientation issues with apps like Mirror for Evo, or the C-thruFone Wallpaper? FXCamera and the regular camera app weren't affected. Mirror for Evo uses the front facing cam and the orientation is all messed up. The C-thruFone active wallpaper uses the back camera and is doing the same thing.

I'm currently on OMJ's 2.1 Froyo build (Standard), then flashed the Kernal. Can anyone verify this is happening to them on OMJ's or a Stock rom?
