actually picmail wasn't built in but the smms app thats been around for years did work on the 6700 which gave you direct access to picmail and would let you send and receive pics on your actual device.

i'll throw this in:
that picture states "requires a compatible plan bundle" that's the same language they've used with the webos and android devices, so it's probably going to use the same everything plan that all the new smartphones require talking to my sprint rep last week he said they will not be charging more for 4G on the device, further evidence that the current everything plans will support the evo and yes they have the hotspot feature but they are planning on charging for it however theres no reason they couldn't run a promo and offer free hotspot service just like what verizon has done with the pre plus
