Also, you didn't say what flavor of 29022 you are running.
29022 CHT2.0, 29022 Titanium, etc.

oh i forgot 2 mention m using GTX cht 2.0 29022
yeah i tried quickgps, & AGPS is active.. but still no go
whenever i try 2 update weather, it says there was connection error while attempting to download weather.. where as i can surf other sites, as well as update htc facebook...

I am not using CHT2.0 or Sense now but will give it a shot.....

Can you choose a city manually and update the weather?

If so, have you tried to reflash to rule out bad flash?

what is the performance like on the Energy ROM with CHT 2.0 installed?
On the sprint stock rom 6.5, it takes 25 seconds to switch between landscape and portrait when opening up the keyboard on the homescreen.

Will the Energy rom be better?

I'm trying to decide between the version with CHT 1.8 and 2.0. I've installed MightyROM with 2.0 and had tons of problems. Does anyone have thoughts as to which is better/more stable?

Theres lots of people here who prefer the older version of CHT for its speed and stability. I myself, prefer running 2.0 and don't have many problems with it. I am, however running my phone overclocked and that may make a bit of a difference in the performance.

The best way to tell is to download both and test drive each of them. IMHO, NRG builds very stable ROMS so its up to you to decide which meets your needs the best and which one performs the best for you.

if running CHT, I prefered 1.8.5 for the stability.

CHT2 has some new features not present in 1.8.5 but I didn't use them.

I have since moved to a minimalistic type rom (Titanium with iPhoneToday home screen). Much faster. Even when I was running CHT1.8.5, I wasn't using much of the actual CHT enhancements......

I prefer the speed and stability over eyecandy and slow.....

That being said, its still a preference you will have to determine by using both to see how it works for you....everyones results are different.
