Hey all, really hoping for some help. I've recently flashed the Jan 23 29007 energy, I'm having a strange issue where if i'm listening to music(S2P) and I open too many things or I get an SMS, the keyboard stops working until I SR. I've searched all over but can't find a solution. I actually had this before on a previous rom but I think I traced the problem to the task manager closing the keyboard app. I made sure 'automatically close apps' in Advanced Config was disabled but it doesn't seem to have any effect. Can anyone help with this??? Please I don't really want to flash a new rom as I just got settled in to this one.

Also while I'm at it, anyone notice you can't get slim volume to work on this rom?

I think 23th jan roms were not perfect...for this reason NRGZ upped 26th jan version.
I think that HTC volume control was missing on some 29007 builds.
If you try 26th or 1st feb roms everything should be ok.

About the keyboard problem i don't know...i hadn't...
Maybe flashing another rom will fix it.

I'm downloading the newest ROM now, but I'm just wondering whats new in Sense 2021. I can't seem to find any info about it.

Just installed 21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.GTX.Feb.01 but I don't see any differences in Sense 2021... unless its not in this version.

I agree the Feb 1 version is much better then the last handful, seems much more stable! The speed for me seems similar to most other versions.

So I just flashed Energy.RHODCDMA.28244.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.DinikGla ss.Feb.01 and KDFont seems to have the same troubles as I had with 29007 build. This is strange because I had no problems at all with previous 28244 builds from November.
It must be some REG settings that NRG is cooking in since Sharkie reports no problems on his 29007 builds.
Someone know what REGs to be looking at. I'm going to start poking around in there.
KDFont wont change Windows fonts, or changes them to a italic font rather than the one chosen. Seems to change manila fine though. Any ideas?

Try INGChangeFont. I have been using that for a while on different roms and it handles the system font no problem. That and the microsoft font pack and you have lots of choices.
