i flashed my phone to 28xxx..the latest version and i dont like it, it slows down my phone by a lot and im trying to find my previous version which was 23xxx i think but i cant find anything...can someone help me? thank you.

One more thought on the whole is the TP2 outdated issue.

Let me say I love my TP2. When faced with getting a new phone, with all the options available, I chose another TP2. It is a rock solid phone that is, as has been mentioned, also a tweekers narvana.

All that said, here is an interesting look into the whole future of winmo phones. I went with the wife to the USCC store today and while she was doing her biz, I looked at there selection of winmo phones, there was exactly 1, the TP2.

When quized about getting the new wm7 phones the manager hemmed and hawwed a lot. The bottom line is no one seems to be busting the doors down demanding the new windows phones.

So here we have the 4th largest cell carrier in the nation and it looks like when my tp2 goes I won't even have a winmo option, very sad.

In electronics thing change fast, I hope that is true for wm7.

I don't know why, but for me its always set to " phone as modem" after I provision. Hope this fixes it for you.

Also its not hard to add a new connection if needs be, but I won't go into that unless its needed.

Does anyone know the name of the Manilla file that controls the am/pm inside of the clock on Energy Rom - I've replaced the files that control everything else for the clock and it looks good, but the small am/pm is still displayed and thats not so good.

Ok I think I found how I can control the am/pm inside the analog clock, under CHTe, widget settings, clocks, analog am/pm colour (0-10) right now I have it set to 06 and it seems faint enough to work. should one of these setting make it clear?

also is there a way to change the battery warning, so I can set it to warn me when it around 3-5% and not 10%?

AM/PM are just qtc manila files. PM is 37332e2e_manila and AM is 1435ccbf_manila. To make them transparent you can use cfcgui to export the 2 images to png. Then makes those png's transparent and choose 'replace with' in cfcgui to change the image within the manila file (well, you actually really only need to make 1 transparent and use it for both manila files). For the battery warning, you would probably have to modify the battery driver. I think it's hardcoded in the dll.

Just wanna start by saying THANK YOU for creating this amazing ROM, & helping me get the maximum out of my phone. I'm sure it takes work, commitment, & time, & above all, "energy" so you ROCK in my book. My 2¢... we can start by:

1. going back to the 29xxx OS version
2. going back to C0okie 1.8.5 or 1.7.1 (2.0 is still buggy)
3. removing the new contact editor, the old was better and I could edit more fields with it (i.e. middle names & suffixes)

I'll add more as I think more about it later. Thanks again!
