K, this is happening in the 19th and 24th versions of 21916. What got broken. This message goes away when I revert to Nov 13th ROM

I'm having the same issue. Just got 23699 Cookie 2.0 Dinik and it's Titanium as well.

yes same here, was going to try the titanium anyway but the picture tab says there is no program associated with pictures so its flash again. gonna try the energy rom this time while waiting for the correct Sencity
