First time trying an Energy rom (Energy.RHODCDMA.28244.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Nov.13. 7z) and I really like it. However, the keyboard layout does not seem to be correct for my Verizon TP2 (FN key does not work). I have run the Carrier Provisioning several times (selecting Verizon) but that does not seem to fix the problem. I checked the connection settings and its set for Verizon, so pretty sure the provisioning is being run.

Any suggestions?

last time i checked EV is the same as 3G almost, i believe it's actually 2.5G, someone correct me if i'm wrong but i just googled it to make sure and here's the link that i read: CNET's quick guide to 3G cell phone service: 3G glossary - CNET Reviews i think the issue is that the taskbar just doesn't have the 3G icon so what you get is the EV icon, try installing another taskbar that has the 3G icon and i bet it changes to 3G instead of EV.

I was explained last year that EVDO Rev.0 is more or less 2.5G and EVDO Rev.A is more or less the CDMA equivalent of 3G in GSM.
EVDO Rev A is supposed to be 25% faster at downloading and up to 800% faster at uploading (and has lower latency).

Is anyone still running out of memory? Opera still runs out of memory on Nov 13. Also I tried recording a 30 second video and when I went to play it back I ran out of memory! What's the deal?

really??? are you "X"ing out of TE??? the UI runs a bit different--back button is your friend. not one lock-up for me??

i ended up "x"ing out of TE causing me to stick for a minute. SR and an edit on the home page (removed top bar) so I don't x inadvertantly. very fast for me---really have to spend an hour learning the UI (just like when MaxSense came out)
