Thanks hun. But actually Im still keeping it set to NOT autodownload anything! if I do update weather or twitter I am manually turning off the data line as I have also had an issue with it NOT turning it off as it's supposed to. It is actually turing it on when it's not supposed to so I have been trying to figure out what is doing it. Nothing apparent in the process no programs are running on their own...

Im not sure why some people are having battery issues and some arent but my guess is its the settings people are using. Make sure you change the data connection settings to disable after 1-2 minutes (mine is 2 minutes), dont have your email checked every 15 minutes, dont have weather updated every 15 minutes. I have the huuuuge memory leak issues (recently installed cleanram with has helped big time) but the battery life is pretty decent.

I just got my TP2 today, for warranty replacement of my TP. Man, completely different phone than the TP, and better in every way. Well, the first thing I did was unlock it, and flash this ROM. I love it!

I noticed this issue on a Custom ROM I built setup similar to Energies.

For me it correlates with having Opera 10 (Beta 2 Update) running (possibly other apps too).

It does not even have to be on top it can be in the back ground.

As soon as I kill Opera, Slide to Unlock works instantly. With Opera running it's VERY slugish to answer (sometimes never).

Even the Hardware answer does not always work.

The same thing happened to me. NRG said this was the root of problem of the memory leakage, but after installing this cab I got the same problem...9999 files. Once I uninstalled this it went back to normal but I still have the memory problems. Im not expert but I thought that cab was supposed to fix this.

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I think the Sense music player is speeding up or slowing down occasionally during a song, changing the pitch of the song. I've noticed this at least once in every song I've played today, which is over 100. I've been using Bluetooth headphones if that might have anything to do with it.

Here is a little gift that cleans up some stuff in this ROM.

You may need to comment out the line that removes the BlueTooth tray icon (not sure what it is used for).

This is simply a mort script that:

• Removes the bluetooth tray app
• Removes Interceptor.exe from startup - from what I can tell this used to be used to anchor Manila in previous versions
• Removes Quickmenu boot loader entries and startup shortcuts
• Removes Opera 10 Speed Loader that seems to slow it down (if you are running this - it does not come with the ROM)
• Disables the document indexer - you will need to hide the tab afterwards (there is no going back)

Please feel free to take my work and customize it to fit your prefs. I am putting the script in my UC configuration so it runs when I first flash the ROM.

I am using the 21885 Dec 17 version and I have noticed when I get an incoming call the picture for that person is different then what is under my "all people" for that particular person. When I looked at it closely the pictures that I synced with Facebook (and show up under the all people) are different then what is in the "contacts" (Window's mobile.) How do I get them to be the same info? This is the first time I have seen happening. They have always synced correctly in the past.
