ace. this is what i was talking about earlier. the backward arrow in the upper right look like only half of it are showing. the middle lower, the button is smaller and look out of place. I should hightlight them but Im on mobile so cant do it.

Yea, that's because of the new WM6.5.1. Microsoft changed stuff a bit too much

I had this problem too when trying to import text messages. I tried PIMBackup as well as MS Myphone and the phone would freeze about half way through. I eventually gave up and just started over for SMS. Oh well.

You probably have to have Messaging closed before you start the backup.

Suggest you use Coreplayer instead of Album. You may want to install D3D enhanced driver that you can find at the Tweak stickied thread...then search the forums for a Coreplayer cab that was posted somewhere...can't say if its still there...since its against forum rules about posting paid software like that.
