so I just got my tp2, and of course i've come straight to nrgy roms,and have been through 100 pages or more, on dec4 21877, to get mms working is it just a matter of installing arcsoft cab? I also have this funky x2 task manager issue that others have reported, fix? saw on the other energy forum a disable x2task cab is that the trick?

After disabling the X2 task manager you will need to install the HTC task manager if you want a task manager. You can the HTC task manager and the disable X2 TM cab here... http://www.energyroms.com/Addons/Ret...0Stock%20CABs/

Thanx, I already grabed them from the other "photon" forum just wanted to make sure thats what I needed.

Ok, came across an issue with the calendar. I forwarded a couple appointments from work(Outlook 2003) to my home email and received them on my phone. I can accept the appointments fine and they show up on the home screen just fine too with all the pertinent info(Title, Time, Date). HOWEVER, when I goto the specific appointments to view them/edit them, the fields are BLANK. When I hit edit all the field for the ppointment are blank too. Yet, as I mentioned, the appointment data shows fine on the home screen.

**EDIT**
Confirmed this behavior even after a fresh hard reset with nothing installed other than setting up my activesync.

HAHA you must have edited your post just as I was hitting the respond button and now my response is to something that is not even in your post. Oh well, I'll leave it here. It's in response to the part you removed about you no being able to change the left softkey.

lol I didn't mean to pull a ninja edit on any unsuspecting innocent posters. I tried different search terms and came up with a bunch of results of people having the same issue, and I refused to be one of "those" people. I guess you made me one of them anyway

But yeah, I've even tried that method without luck (in addition to HDTweak and manual registry entries). Soft reset or not, close/restart Sense, etc.. The only thing I haven't tried yet is slapping it around a little bit, maybe work the midsection if it misbehaves.

just flashed 28011 dec7 today. SMS send error but mms picture mail works fine.
Micht try reflashing just to double check its not something I installed.

Ugh, Same here on 28011. SMS is dead for me too, which is all I use. Any ideas how to patch it up (I don't care if getting SMS working kills MMS).

By the way it gives a Code 98: SMS termination denied.
