im on 28011 and everything (for the most part) is fine. SMS, MMS, all good. I'm having trouble assigning a pic to a contact when the picture is landscape. Had the same issue with 28008 but it fixed itself after a week of use. Guess i gotta wait this one out too!
**Question** (i hope i didn't overlook it) is there anyway to get the quickmenu/task manager back on the left hand side?

Am I reading this right, the MMS works with this updated ROM without all the tweaks? If this is true...I'm back with you NRG!!!

I have been running 28011 all day on verizon and sms'ing the ex. back and forth after installing those 2 cabs.

Thanks a bunch. I had some of those as back up in case I needed MMS for prior ROMs but never used them. It did fix the SMS issue. Maybe I only needed the first one below to fix SMS.

I ran.

MMS Fix (M2.1) (Sprint).Cab
MMS Fix (M2.5) (General) (Valkyrie).Cab

Glad it helped. SMS was hanging in my outbox till I patched it. Sometimes it would go, sometimes it wouldn't. Not worth it to me to worry about it. Losing HTC SMS no big loss for me right now but I will continue to try it without patching on each new release. These are the best ROMS I've used so far.

i don't even try anymore. but if i had to guess, i would say no.

so what's the BFD with the Htc messaging anyway? it's too damn slow and a PITA.

May I suggest Energy leave GoogleMaps 3.3.1 Off or Default to GoogleMaps 3.2.1

3.3.0 and 3.3.1 are broken for doing an accurate "Tower Lock". A good tower lock can be really handy in a pinch.

Also could you please look into why Opera 9.7 won't fully uninstall.

Is there an easy way to edit the GPS function in the Actions screen to point to another GPS program? No big deal, but it would be nice.

why do you want to uninstall it? it works better than most versions i think
