Running with the new rom build 29017 Sense 2.5, Cookie 2.0 (Arrg) March 21. seems more stable than previous, but not as fast, Which I am ok with. I went to turn off the Gsensor, and The Control panel app does not open. Did I miss something where that doesn't work on this ROM? Still have the bluetooth hangup/.#777 with this rom.

But i have noticed that turning off gsensor rotation (Via Registry) did help with some annoying dialer issues, (Disapearance and the like)

would you mind providing the registry value? i'd like to see if this cures the dialer quirks for me as well.

The key is HKCU software\HTC\HTCSENSOR\GSensor\AutoRotation
Set it to 0

Hello, I am running Energy.RHODCDMA.29017.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Mar.21.

Overall very happy with this. Can't believe last time I ran a custom rom was on my 2006 Apache...I've been living under a rock I guess...

I'd love some feedback on some things I notice on this build:

1. If I dial any of my contacts that have +1 (xxx) xxx-xxxx I often get a quick disconnect on some phone numbers. Phone hangs up IMMEDIATELY after it dials.

However, when I change those contacts to (xxx) xxx-xxxx, it seems to always dial fine.
The same things happens with 800 numbers, i need to leave the 1 off the 1-800

2. When connected in my 2010 Ford Escape via USB (that has MS Sync):
- Phone does not charge (if activesync button is pressed, upon plugin)
- Phone does charge (if "disk drive" button is pressed, upon plugin)

3. My TP2 cradle at my desk PC has 2 USB cords, one to the 110v power, and one to the PC (for sync):
- When PC is on and both cords are connected, phone charges ok
- When PC is off, and both cords are connected, phone does not charge, and is dead in the morning
- When PC is off, and only 110v is connected, phone charges ok

4. Sometimes if I dial a wrong number, and I quickly hit end, call does not end, it takes 5-6 seconds at least for call to end

5. I too suffer from BT delayed hangup on my Plantronics Discovery 975, i know that people are working on this, so I look forward to reading more about this as time progresses

Not sure if it has been discussed, but I just applied a common HD2 tweak to my Touch Pro 2 and am super impressed with the improvements in screen animations.

I enabled 24-bit dithering by doing a Reg edit: HKLM/System/GDI/Drivers/Bpp To: 24 (from 18 in 3/21/11 Energy 29017 sencity)

Advantage: Weather animations are almost HD2 fast. Album looks like it has improved as well...

Disadvantages: Requires a soft-reset after Reg-edit; and it appears to have made the resolution higher in the sense that items are slighty smaller. (But still usable) Not entirely sure how well it has been tested, but it has been fine all day without me freezing.....knock on wood

I'm using the Mar21 Sense 2.5 CHT 2.0 basic rom.

Figured this out myself. If you press and "hold" the SIP keyboard icon for a second, you can then select Block/Letter Recognizer or Transcriber as a keyboard option. I don't think a lot of people still use this on WM, but I've had WM for years and like using it for some applications.

Didn't know whether to start a new thread or ask here...

I've been researching it and can't find out if anyone running NRG can have Youtube *and* Sprint TV at the same time. Out of the box, Youtube works fine, but as soon as I install any fixes for Sprint TV, I get the old "This video cannot be displayed" error for Youtube. Uninstalling Sprint TV doesn't help.

Am I missing something?
