Dude.. reinstall the 29017 ROM. If you don't get it after you run the built in lockscreen switch tool, then something's wrong with your phone.

i would love to but you dont have cookie 1.8.5 with that build. if you put it up then i would love to reinstall. thanks for response man.

Then you might consider trying a hard reset of your phone, then try setting up the lockscreen the way you want it before you install anything else. Then you can install your cabs one at a time and make sure they don't cause problems with the lockscreen. Since you are the only one with this problem, it is likely that something you have installed has caused this issue for you. Good luck.

NRG - Something I noticed tonight with the 29th 29xxx ROM. When you are on the phone, you do not see the caller ID for the second incomming call. Slide to answer also does not work for call waiting - it never is displayed. The only way to answer the second call is with the hardware key.

Yeah I'm sure its the HD2 dialer that's cooked in. Trying out a different dialer ATM on my phone...

City ID doesn't work on 21916 March 30th either.

I noticed that once you answer the call, the Caller ID doesn't display the picture...just shows the generic grey silouet picture.

I too noticed the call waiting issue but I rarely get a 2nd call coming in so its not as a big deal to me.

EDIT: Nevermind on the caller ID picture. Must have been something on my phone. Test call this morning and its working fine.

Having trouble following this guide with the new dialer, instead of going to the update screen it actually calls the number ##775...is this a known issue? Any way around it? The voice only network thing is really annoying

Solved. With the new dialer you have to dial ##775# (##PRL#) to get it to work

THe stocks page will not connect to get stock updates. Its just asks to retry over and over again. Any idea what I can do? I am using March 30th ROM. ITs been like this since the March 08 ROMS.

Stocks update fine for me on March 29 29017 sencity. Before that I was on the March 15 and it worked fine for me then as well.
