Dude, you should maybe reconsider the decision to flash a custom ROM. Start by telling us what ROM you are using and we will try to help you.

I assumed you were using a cookie ROM, I found the best thing to do is put your current ROM in yoursignature, so you dont have to type it every time..

You really need to start searching and reading, most of the people who are trying to help are dealing with problems that you can even begin to comprehend. So they do not want to waste their time trying to guide you to something you should easily be able to find out yourself, buy doing a little research - also they have no idea what ROM your running. If you are using one of NRGz roms you can get to it two ways- Start - Tools - CHT Editor. or From your home screen- the Menu Button at bottom of screen. This is on the (Energy.RHODCDMA.21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Feb.01) its nice to have a newcomer to the NRGz forum, but please do some research before posting about (pre-school) problems.

On to other things.

I'm one of the people who was having problems with the mms - on Boost, I will down load and flash the latest ROM as soon as I can, and will let you know how it works out. If you still need people for your testing, let me know, I don't know allot of code, but if you tell me what you would like tested, I would be happy to help.

If you are not running a rom with CHT, install the cab attached and then restart the device.

Did every one take a snarky pill this morning? The guy just asked a noob question after all.

The billion NRGZ cookie roms I have flashed, if my memory serves me (which is dangerous to assume), have all had the CHT editor in the same spots.

Maybe someone could have just answered his question them given some polite pointers on forum etiquette, instead of making him feel like an ass.

This phone is aging and I don't think driving nooby's away is what I would call a goods model to follow.

As for "problems that you can even begin to comprehend", wow an mms problem with energy roms, never heard of that one before.

But my offer stands, let us know what ROM you are running and we will try to help you with your problem. My frustration with your question came from not knowing if you were running a cookie ROM or not. I will work on trying to be a little more helpful in the future.

Downloaded the Energy.RHODCDMA.29013.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Mar.12.7 z ROM and it's been awesome since yesterday. Very responsive even after making a few tweeks in the CHT Editor.

Glad somebody's still actively cooking for this phone. I've been switching back and forth between Medium Hill's, Neodium/Plutonium for a while now.

I didn't mean to be snarky. and I did try to guide him to where you can find the CHTe program, I also stated how nice it was to have a new noob in the forum, but that he shouldn't rely on just posting questions, and expecting answers for stuff that can be found in a number of different places in this forum and others, that he should to take the time to search and read before asking questions. As for me I am 100% noob but I have done allot of reading and searching, and have found tons of info that has already been covered - not that I always understand it, but I at least make an effort to figure things out before I post. and with everyone saying use this cab or that cab for the solution to the same problem, I know it can be overwhelming at times.

Flashed - Energy.RHODCDMA.29013.Sense2.5.Cookie.Mar.13 - my first time using 290xx ROM - seems quicker then - Energy.RHODCDMA.21916.Sense2.5.Cookie.2.0.Feb.01 - last ROM I was running.

TERADOG - if you would like to get some feed back on the MMS - on Boost. let me know, right now I have not done any PRI/PRL or added any MMS cabs, so if your up to guiding me to which cabs and changing setting if needed to get this working, send me a message, if not I will work thru it myself.
